Errors: E91 - 350 & E95-318

Received these error codes on a shoot yesteday. From what I understand they are audio related. I was recording external sound but when I checked the footage even my internal mics didn't seem to be recording.

Has this happened to anybody? What could have caused this and what should I do to fix it?

Thank you!

OK, rebooted my camera today and the audio works again and no error code. I'll keep an eye on it but hoping it was a random fluke.
