Error Message...what does it mean?

what in the world does a "break in cadence in the VFR/Pulldown in the source stream" mean?

I get this error quite often while digitizing to my non linear?
 
Using FCP. I was using the Panasonic AG-DV2500 to capture...but I have realized it is the biggest piece of junk ever invented! After using a AG-DCV80 as a deck toplayback 24P, all problems were corrected.
