Error message: files off line

Hi all, I'm working with P2 cards and I copied to my hard drive then created the 3 folders on that drive in the root directory (Avid MediaFiles/MXF/1)and made other number folders 2,3,4...
Then I copied everything out of the audio folder and video folder for each numbered folder so card 01 is in the folder 1 and so forth.

I open Avid Media Composer 272 and go to media tools and it sees the files but says some are not viewable which I figure are the extra audio tracks or something. I copy everything in a bin and then when I switch to script view I can see that it says some files are off line. I click them and it loads audio only into the preview window and i can hear whats going on.
I can open all those files in edius though that I cant see in Avid so I know they are now corrupt.
Also the files I cannot see are not all from the same card. Some of them are slo mo and some shot with one of Barry's scene files.
Anyone have a clue whats happening?

trash the pair of database files and let them rebuild.

Thanks! Which ones? The ones in each folder? If that doesn't work is there a way to import just the video file?

I noticed that the ones that are off line have a V1 under the off line heading in the media tool. I tried deleting the database files in the numbered folders and it rebuilt the files but those others are still off line.

I figured it out. There is the new import P2 cards in the file menu, the media tool thingy has problems.
