Equinox Underwater Camera Housing - Eventually for Rent?

[Soulfabric]

I'm thinking about purchasing a tricked out underwater camera housing for my DVX, setup for on the surface shooting, and of course sub-surface shooting.

I'd like to be able to rent it out to the DVX community as well, at a good rate. Anybody out there had any experience either with Equinox products, or providing rental services for high ticket items like this?

Also - Anybody out there looking to rent a housing soon?

Cheers

We will be in need of one to rent in May in the San Diego, CA area. Haven't locked down exact date. What do you anticipate the rental rate to be.

Looks like the going rate is about $195 per day as best as I can tell on the web: http://www.dv24p.net/rental.html

I'd be happy to offer it at $150 per day plus shipping costs (it will come in a Pelican case). I'm also open to working out a further reduced rate if you need to rent it for a week or more.

I will be using it myself from April 13th to May 2nd.

Email me to work out the details.

Cheers,
