Hi all. We were asked by a friend of ours, could we shoot with the Red Epic for his little project. We said yes! without having shot with it before. At all. So the night before we went out and did a little test shoot and figure out how different it was from our usual DSLR packages. Lots of snow here in Finland so we got a taste of it's weather resistance too. Workflow with vfx in After Effects also tested. Everything worked well, camera shot great footage (except 2k at 1600 iso was very noisy) and edited quite easily in Premiere. Spot our horrible handheld rig after the short
