GH3 EOSHD reviews the pre-production firmware GH3

Try to learn from everyone - even sites or people you don't like.....
I have learned valuable information from people I did not like....
Some are even in this forum!!!
Take anyone's information with a grain of salt, but do not just discount
information from certain sources because of your own bias.

Thats great! send him a x-mas card and a fruitcake.

If we CONTINUE to keep falling off topic everyother post, I'm pretty sure the mods will close the thread. And thats not really fair to the original thread starter. Everybody, including myself , take a deep breath, crack a beer and get back on topic:)

Yes, I agree again. Andrew is testing the GH3 and I very much welcome that and I take all his findings very seriously. He's now on top of the moire problem so I'm curious what he will say about this once these cams are shipping.

And yeah great, fruitcake and beer, but not at the same time I hope? :-)

I like hearing that the GH3 has improved as a stills camera. I use my GH2 for time lapse and I understand the GH3 has that function built in now. No more intervalometer needed. I have both the 12-35 and now the 35-100 (should arrive today) With these two lenses I have a really nice kit. I'm not to worried about the moire concerns. They appear less than other cameras so shouldn't be an issue for me.
Now if the firmware is locked in a way that it cant be hacked then that would a very sad thing. You have to think Panasonic would like to stop the hacking but then again that's why a lot of people bought the last two models.
