EOS plugin problems

I've seen this mentioned a few times before, but can't find any solid answers. It seems whenever I import 5d footage using the FCP EOS plugin, it will cut off the end of some clips. I've been forced to revert to MPEG streamclip because of this.

Anyone else encounter this? Any fixes?
