We'll as I can understand your frustration, EVERYONE who has dealt wih me, and we're talking about over 40+ members who have purchased items from me within the past 5+months can vouch for my integrity.

I believe its EXTREMELY disingenuous for you to come to the thread and post a HALF TRUTH. As I stated I can understand why you were upset, or even felt like you hadn't got the better of the situation, but it is irresponsible for you to post in such a RECKLESS manner.


FULL STORY for all future buyers, as I must go into detail to elaborate seeing that my character has been attacked:

1st I was contacted at 3:20pm by DVXUSER member: kicap requesting to purchase several of my items. We then entered negotiations regarding the specifics of the deal.

We finally came to reach the agreement to the deal by by ~5:45pm.

I stated to kicap that if he was going to be purchasing it I needed to have the payment or else I couldn't secure the items as his.

Apparently Malasia time, which is where kicap lives is a HUGE difference from U.S., o figure, lol. But he began moving funds, which I subsequently found out this morning was what he was doing, so that he could make the PayPal payment to me.

During this time iNero inquired at aprox. 7:08pm or so inquiring about the Follow Focus. I DID explain to him that someone else was negotiating with me for it, but I hadn't recived payment. He then made an offer to me of $500, which was below my asking price.

I told him that I needed to get back with him.

Aprox. 9:30pm iNero had sent the PayPal payment for the item. This is where you guys can see on the board that he came here and ststed that it had been sold.

After emailing him, shortly thereafter aprox. 10:45 or so I got a PayPal payment from kicap who had aparently sent the payemtn some time before that but due to a bank issue the paypal payment hadn't been cleard by MasterCard, which resulted in him getting the payment to me later than he had initiallly intended.

Now this is where me as a seller had to make a choice. I could sell it to whom i had ORIGINALLY struck the deal with, or I could sell to the subsequent buyer. I had top make a choice. And I chose to REFUND the ENTIRE payment back to iNero, which of course he doesn't mention, in his previous post. but it's fine, i don't blame him.

Bottom line he is upset, which understand, but I had to not only make a decision that I felt comfortable making, but that would benefit me.

As I stated above, this is a ANOMALY situation, something that has NEVER happened to me on this board or anywhere for that matter, I ALWAYS attempt to be the best person, seller, and HUMAN BEHING I can be, in life at ALL times. Why should this time be an exception.

I din't take his money, I didn't steal anything from him, I honestly feel bad for what happened but I made the choice I did. iNero, I am sorry for it, which is EXACTLY what I CLEARLY stated in the email that I sent to you.

Also as I stated in the first paragraph of this post, I have been the user who was selling MANY members those Lilliput monitors, and they ALL got them ONTIME, and without fail. At least 30 members.

Not to mention an admin has bought gear from me here (Zak Forsman) and they have all been fine. If you guys feel the need to, before buying ANYTHING from me, PLEASE I encourage you to PM him, and ask what type of person I am. Ask moderator Luis, what type of person I am, as member NextWave what type of person I am, ask member jawad what type of person I am, ask member duranracing23 what type of person I am. I could keep doing this for a while, but I feel thats good for now.

Any questions about this, please send it into a PM, that way it'll keep this thread clean. i would be happy to answer any questions.

Once again guys sorry for the side tracking of this thread but it couldn't be helped.
 
I'm packing up EVERYONE's items right now, I just got side tracked by this post but we're still on schedule. PM's with ship confirmations will be out shortly.

Here is my input on J. Odoms,
I did the group buy from him (lilliput) and he is a legit guy and is fair.

All and all, he is an honest guy and i wouldn't hesitate to buy from him!
 
Thanks guys I appreciate your support, like I said it kinda made me sad when I wasn't able to sell to both guys. And in the spirit of full disclosure I actually LOST money by shipping to the 1st buyer instead of iNero. The buyer is in Malaysia and it cost me a friggin arm and a leg to get them to him.

But i STILL sent it to him, inspire of the $185 shipping fees I incurred, of course he helped out some, by paying $60 towards it, but still.....

It wasn't about the money, it was about who technically purchased first, and in this case I made a call, and acted according to that call.
 
ALL packages that were supposed to go out today did. I've emailed all those who had tracking numbers.

Only a few more items left, let's make a deal.
 
Another satisfied guy who got the Lilliput from J. In fact he mistakenly thought I had changed my mind and refunded my paypal before I had to tell him he mixed me up with someone else.

By the way I like this thing more than I expected to J.

I'm glad you like it. I told you that would happen. I mean for that price they are the best monitors around. I'm considering saving a couple of bucks and using one on my next rig (Scarlet).
 
i recieved package from J.Odoms yesturday (i dont get how it is possible so fast when i ordered&payed on Saturday) but the package came in 3days from Honkong (even our local postal does not work so quickly :)) Thanks J.!

but i dont get how to setup the monitor/camera output/input correcty. you guys have on 5D to LILLIPUT throught HDMI picture on LCD in 4:3 and while recording the picture is cropped and stretched, or what? is there any way how to use it in good proportions most of the 16:9 screen?

That whole shipping thing is CRAZY yeah. how he gets them here to us so fast is just MIND BLOWING.

But anyway regarding your post, thats just something Tram is working on, ans sadly it may never happen, simply due to the processing power of the 5D. but give him some time I'm sure he'll figure something out, or at least I'm optomistic.

LOL yeah Noel it was, or just SLIGTHLY over it, LOL. But yeah the thing is guys I have to treat others the way I want to be treated, and that means getting your packages out in a TIMELY manner. Making sure we reach agreements that are beneficial to both parties, etc.

I have to live here, I LOVE DVXUSER and would NEVER intentionally offend, or do harm to ANY of you.

Noel is right, we had an awesome chat today, and in fact learned alot about one another, our goals, and even our personal lives. You see the thing is, the boards allowed for us to communicate with one another, and now we'll most likely talk for the rest of our lives. I've actually met SEVERAL people I consider friends through this board, and to think that i'd give that up for some measly money, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDIN me. Not gonna happen.

I am a man of my word, and only because I have had wrong done to me in the past, did I realize, or should I say learned how much I wouldn't want that to happen to another human being. So I carry myself with that regard, always with the intentions of doing good, no matter if it costs me here or there. because you know what, after its all said an done, our memories, or the memories that others have of us will live on, and I want to be know for doing what was right, and not what was convienient.
