I've actually used this quite a bit in the past, more as a background or window light (pretty much never as a key) and it's been great. I have some bigger LED that do that job now, so this doesn't get used as much.
Comes with par head, ballast, ballast cable, barndoors, a few lenses, lamp, original c-clamp, and a matthews TVMP adapter for mounting on a baby pin. I also bought an extension ballast cable for it, but never got it to work (I think you needed some sort of powered connector). I can throw it in as well if you'd like to play with it, or throw it away.
