ENG Camera

I'm in the market for an ENG camera for a series of work I'm doing. I want to have something that I can record on-board, has an integral zoom lens, good audio and reasonable ergonomics.

4:2:2 would be nice...should have good internal CODEC. Needs to be <$5K and available NOW.

I was working a shoot last week where the producer brought his camera as a second camera, it was a Sony PMW 350, it looked really nice on the monitor. Sorry just saw the 5K and under, the 350 is around 13K.

I am considering the XF105....looks great for the price. On the Sony FS100, if you get it with the lens, does that actually zoom, focus, etc. via the camera body?

I'd also suggest the XF105. It seems the perfect counterpoint to the F3 for a certain kind of need/work.
