just finished up our new demo reel. i'd love feedback, ways to make it better, comments, etc. 90% of the footage on here was shot with HVX, some with the mini35.

Wow. That is really fantastic work! Nice editing and music choice. I don't have any critiques on what you've done. I think it serves your imagery well.

What a great demo, it has to be one the most unique demo's I have ever seen. Love the artistic look and the dramatic feel to it.

How long did it take you to put that together?

I did see a couple of interlacing issues during playback, but man that is some really high-end material.

Loved it. I don't think you need anyone to critique it. It's perferct, it looks like you guys know what youre doing. What is the collaberation like? Do you direct and shoot it? Very interesting footage. Kudos to you.

Endeavor Media is just me and the other co-owner. We do everything from start to finish - produce, direct, edit. obviously we hire crew and what not, but its just two guys doing what they love

Astonishing footage. Excellent edit. Did I mention astonishing footage? You guys got all the talent. I wondered what had become of it. ;-)

Don't know why this would stick, but the one shot of microphone cables undulating like snakes flying through the air was unique. Perfect example of Siegfried Kracauer's "transient moment".

I hate interlacing issues. What's the best way to get rid of all that if compressor couldn't take care of it all?

Hum, beautifully well done demo. I mean camera, lighting, music, edit...I loved the shot of the kid in the porthole and the kid in the rain...Bravo !!

Love the shot of the bar-maid winking (great lighting) and the snake inserts. Cool stuff.

well we're represented for commercial work, but the work we do is still going to be our style. we just show a commercial with the singer of Gwar for example - pretty funny spots.
