RLM,
If your buttons are just text, you may or may not be able to shrink the button box too much without resizing the text. I think there are rules in the DVD spec that govern some of this. However, you'll notice in the toolbox there is more than one pointer tool. Again, I don't have it in front of me to check but one is a solid arrow and the next one is hollow (I think). The solid one is for manipulating the entire button and all of its elements together. The hollow one can be used to select just an element in the button to change. Use the hollow one and click on the boundary box to highlight it. Then try clicking and dragging a corner or edge. The text inside won't change (I think). Sorry if I'm describing this incorrectly. Hopefully it will get you on the right track.

I tried moving the buttons around so they are not touching. Checked the project and lo and behold the error message is gone. If the error message was there, would ENCORE still let me BUILD the DVD? Or better yet, is there a way to reduce the button size by pulling on the blue bounding box without scaling the button inside of the bounding box? My buttons are text. I dont want them to get too small. But the bounding box is HUGE and way bigger than the button causing all of this overlapping mayhem.
Thanks again.
When this gets done, Im buying you all a beer. Dewman...might be some time before I can get to Kentucky though...
