Enabling Underscan

Well, it's a choice. There's underscan and overscan; most monitors and televisions overscan (meaning part of the frame is cut off or hidden by the TV's bezel, etc). Underscan lets you see the entire frame. Obviously that's better in many ways, but if you're aiming for a television release, be aware that part of your frame will be cut off by the TV. It would be nice if it was switchable (which is the way most pro monitors work), but if you can only have one, underscan is the one you want.
