Hey guys,
This is an emergency!
I entered the 72 Hour Film Shoot out sponsored by Asian American Film Labs.
I finished shooting the movie.
I edited the movie in Vegas.
It's done.
They want the entry on mini-DV!
Okay, I figure no prob. I've got RAYLIGHT!
I'll use the P2 Maker to create the mxf file,
write it to the P2 card,
and then dub to tape, right?
WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG
FIrst I had to convert the MXF to a RAYLIGHT AVI,
then I used P2 Maker to make a P2 Card folder,
looked in the folder and it's got all the files;
CONTENT, VIDEO, CLIP, ICON, ETC.
Checked in the folders and the mxf file is there.
But either windows or the P2 card is preventing me from dragging and dropping
the files from the virtual P2 created to an actual P2 card, plugged into my PCMCIA slot.
I have exactly 2 hours to get my entry off the FedEx, or I am out my $150 for the entry fee, and all the backbreaking work, and no sleep I've just gone through, because I can't record to tape!
PLEASE in the name of god, anybody out there, help me please!
