Embedded and Download of Original Video problems

I posted this question in my original thread, but it must have gotten overlooked because of all the other problems people are having with Vimeo and Exposure Room. here's the link: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=136864

my question is has as anyone had an issue with embedding their videos, ie: plagiarism and disrespectful use of? also, i've noticed that these sites allow you(one) to download the original(source) video in order to bypass the site's compression(transcoding???). are your clients really taking the time to download these videos in order to evaluate your work?

nothing Jay. are you a Moderator? i've built somewhat of a trusting relationship with people on this forum and i highly respect most of their opinions.
