Eliminating 30P strobing

I have some footage at 30P where some trucks move by the camera. This was shot on a GL1 (didn't have my DVX when I shot this last summer). I noticed that when the trucks move by there is a some significant strobing in the decals on the trucks and there is almost NO motion blur whatsoever.

I think that the strobing is caused by the lack of motion blur, I must have screwed up while shooting. But is there anyway to simulate a motion blur to get rid of the strobing?

I think many NLEs have a motion blur filter. I'm not sure how much good it does but it's worth a shot.

Well whadya know, I'm a retard. I just checked Premiere Pro and Vegas and neither has the effect. Strange. I could have sworn it was there.

You may have to do something such as duplicate your layer. Run a high pass filter so you get only the edges of objects, apply a gaussian blur and then adjust opacity to your liking. I'm not sure how well that would work but it's perhaps worth a try.
