Effects Specialist needed for Action/Thriller

We are wrapping our production of Dark Disciple an action/thriller set in New England. We're currently 80% on with the roughcut and are looking for someone local (Massachusetts, RI or NH) to come onboard to add the special effects. These effects are basic (muzzle flash, bullet impacts, titles) but must be done professionally.

This post, as well as one for an audio tech, has been up here for over a week and no one has responded (time is running out for me to meet a deadline). Everyone has been extremely helpful on DVX and that is a huge reason why this film looks so good. Could someone now give a little advice on how to recuit an effects specialist as well as an audio tech.
