Effects dissapear on export? huh?

I have a video that I've applied Magic Bullet Looks to, but when i export to quicktime .mov file, certain clips are not exporting with the color effects I added in the timeline! It's so weird. They are just plain with no filters even tho Looks is checked off in the filters tab. Everything looks the way I want in the canvas.

Any ideas how this could happen?

Was everything fully rendered before export?

Are problem clips from the same tape? It could be corrupt media.

yes everything was fully rendered before export. effects look fine in the timeline.

I thought it was just some clips, but it turns out that it is ALL of the clips.

it was three cameras - two canon xh a1's recording in HD and one RED camera.

set markers around a fully rendered short segment and export that.

do the effects hold?
