1) I got the Panasonic AC-MC200G microphone today but don't know the effective distance from the speaker. If I need to tape a press conference without placing the external microphone on the podium, what's the max distance to place the DVD100B with AC-MC200G microphone away from podium ?
2) When the external microphone is connected to the DVX100B, does it mean the internal microphone is disabled ? or do I need to do setting to shut down the internal mic ? I don't want to pick up chatting around the camcorder.
