With The neo 2.5, this is with booster, I can say yes. Been using the Demo version for my Same day edit in my core 2 duo 2.2 laptap with my HMC 150. Its really a very powerful tools to edit native avchd real time. No need to transcode and in my case I actually edited from my card without copying to my hard drive and still gives me a real time.
