Editing standing up

Is there anyone here who has an editing set-up where they stand up instead of sit down?

Its not totally odd, before the flatbed editing systems editors had to dance with the moviola.


Just wondering if anyone here has this set up and what the pros vs cons are.



Reason i'm asking is I've been offered a lucrative job editing a few days a week, but loath to think of having to sit down all day. I hate it. I'm usually shooting or directing actors.
 
I never tried it, but it sounds like a nice option. I enjoy doing a lot of things standing up. Maybe not as a constant thing, but if I could figure out a way to switch back and forth... that would be good.
 
I drink better when I sit. The beer drips in my lap instead of the floor.

What were we talking about?
 
i only edit in my car. i don't know why, but it forces be to pay attention. of course, i'm parked. at a red light.
