Editing in FCP with 30fps footage and 24fps.

Is there anyone here with FCP experience who could tell me if I would have any problems integrating DVX 24p footage with stuff that was shot in 30, or 60i?

I would be using 24p (not 24pA) and just the normal timeline in FCP.

Will I have any problems?
