Editing Fs700 RAW

Hey so I'm editing a music video that I shot on my Sony Fs700 Odyssey 7Q combo. I'm editing in Premiere CC and I'm cutting the DNG files on the timeline on a machine I built myself, specs are:

Maxiums Hero VII Mother Board, Intel i7-4790k LGA1150, Nvidia Quadro 6000, 32GB RAM, 500GB Samsung SSD Internal Drive, I'm editing off a Lacie d2 Quadra USB3 7200 rpm.

The 24fps and 240fps shots are cutting and playing back fine on my machine. But I'm having a lot of trouble cutting the stuff shot at 2k 60p.

Any ideas on what I can do to speed it up?

Are you trying to play it back at 60p? You should make sure it's being interpreted as 23.976fps in Premiere (right click the clip in the bin > Modify > Interpret Footage > "Assume this footage is [23.976]")

It shouldn't be any different than 24fps and 240fps footage, since all of it would be playing back at 24fps.
