Edit issues?

After a couple of days shoot with no real issues we then had to go out and do some pick-up shots. This time a few problems appeared when dumping to the Adrenaline from the P2 Store. One shot was 13 minutes - 2 x 8 GB cards - of car bonnet mount travelling stuff. When loaded and viewed it came up as 11 minutes of vision then 'media offline' but the audio continued. Also it seems the camera gave some clips the same name and duplicated two shots.

Any comments?

...... just remember I'm a DOP not an editor and I have pretty much just 'launched' the HVX down here......
 
I dont know much about the adrenaline, but as you describe your problem, i guess that you have "spanning" clips from 2 cards, dont know how avid handles it, but id suggest that you should take the 2nd clip of the two same named, thats the way how it works in edius..!
