Yesterday someone posted a remark on their Facebook page that their rigs were too expensive. I also added a comment on their lousy customer service because they choose not to reply my email despite me sending them email 4 - 5 times. And this morning when i checked their facebook again, the thread was deliberately deleted. I am very disappointed the way they try to cover up negative comments.
