eBay almost got me divorced. I bought a car once without asking my wife....holy PooPoo, that was messy. I've made a vowe not to do that again, but I still spend a lot of money there.

eBay is evil....long live eBay. :)

Didn't you have a thread about this camera? I thought you decided to let it be a conversation piece and that you'd buy a Super8 camera to shoot with instead.

You should relist that thing on eBay and put the money towards a Super8.

You can still get regular 8mm film for this camera (granted that it still works). There was a processing lab in LA, I forgot the name, but they can take any 16mm film stock, add twice the sprocket holes, and put it on a 50ft reel that will fit your camera and, of course, they will process it as well. This is kind of a pain, but the advantage is that you have access to all the different 16mm film stocks as oppossed to the three or four stocks you can get with super8. Then you have to find a projector or some place that will telecine your footage to DV. Hope this helps.- Chris
