Easy Setup Help!

I just worked on a short video for about two hours to realize I've been under Firewire NTSC Basic when i should have been under AppleCodec 1080 60i. How do I transfer from the firewire basic setup to the applecodec setup without messing clips up? i've tried removing attributes and other setups but nothing seems to work.

I figured something out a few weeks ago, but the method I used was much easier yet I don't even know what i did.
 
Set up the correct sequence.

Assuming the clips were ingested properly, copy paste into the new sequence.

Could you explain what a "AppleCodec" is?
