Never mind...A measly 4.0. The epicenter was 20 miles away.

I agree. Telling stories that could hurt your pride will probably...well...hurt your pride.

I am here in No One Knows, California and I didn't feel anything. Although I never do for some reason, I always sleep hrough them. I think I am too far away anyway.

That's nothin - was anyone here during the 89 quake? The 6.9-7.1 (depending on who you ask)?

I was in monterey when it happened, out on an expansive parking lot. I felt the ground start moving and I put down what I was carrying (was working for a toy store at the time), and looked out over the parking lot.

I literally saw the cars bobbing up and down like they were all riding the surface of the ocean. The ripples of the earthquake caused the parking lot to bob up and down. Most incredible sight I've ever seen.

That, and skydiving above Mount Diablo.
