Took a while :)

But, back and strong.

let me know if you folks see any issues. Notice you are being redirected to an i.p. address right now rather than the domain name. Just waiting for the nameservers to propagate. Once that occurs, should be a seamless transition from browsing the site with numbers for a url to browsing the site with the domain name over the next few hours to a day or so.

Wow this is running nice. I was having threads time out and page loads were slow. Nice and speedy and no timeouts. Thanks.
 
Is it still under maintenance ?
I still get the IP as adress, and [?] instead of some of the pictures ...
 
Yeah... Things should really purr along and all those pesky problems we've been having over the last months, and weeks especially should all fade away as we move forward onto bigger and better things :)

There are some missing images right now, but that is likely just a product of the current re-direct and will correct itself once the new nameserver i.p's are fully propagated.

Other than that, please let us know how things are running, or if you encounter any issues.

No, we are up and running now. The i.p. is a result of a redirect from the other machine that I've put in place so we can all get on with accessing the site without having to wait for the nameserver propagation to complete. It will take care of itself on it's own. You just keep entering dvxuser.com and in the hours ahead sometime it'll stop re-directing you to the i.p. address as soon as the domain name is linked properly.

KAG, can you be more specific about blank forums?

The images are just a temporary inconvenience in exchange for getting the site up and running now, rather than waiting for the nameservers to fully propagate. They should come back when you stop getting redirected to the i.p. and are directly accessing the new server via the i.p. address.

Ok, so everything is purring along beautifully, and hopefully all those problems you guys (and us) have been dealing with, will just wash away and you can get back to browsing the forums at warp speed, and we can get to bringing some new stuff and opportunities down the pipe :)

Other than the missing images and the current redirect to the i.p. address, please let me know if you encounter any weirdness and/or issues at all.

The images and i.p. redirect should correct themselves fully within a day or so... It can take a while sometimes for the new nameserver i.p.'s to fully propagate 'round the web.

Concerning the i.p. redirect and missing images...

Try clearing your cache and cookies and then navigating to dvxuser.com again... I just did that and am now getting the domain and the images are back... so, looks like things are pretty well propagated, though you may need to clear your cache and cookies if you want it back to normal now rather than waiting :)

For people with propagation related issues, remember that different ISP's update their domain databases at different times.

Anyway, I can't seem to get the RSS feed to work at the moment. I managed to re-add it to my favorites toolbar by messing with the URL (the original wouldn't update), but now whenever I go to something it shows up blank. The URL it wants to send me to doesn't look right, either. Example:

http://96.30.23.131/?t=179187&goto=newpost

It does update the list, just won't get me there.

Probably not a big deal, since I think I'm the only one using this feature.
