Sounds like fun! I think it was a great idea to expand the competition to include everyone. It might get to be a real chore to total up all the votes!
 
I have something where all the images can be displayed and you can vote on each image on a 1-10 scale. It will then caculate everything, so it should be pretty easy ultimately.

I don't think quality of camera matters as much as just the overall image and how it speaks to the viewer. I think it will be a lot of fun and am excited about the level of participation we're going to have!
