Can we limit the signature lines to 140 characters (like Twitter perhaps?)? And maybe just one font size.

Half the posts are shorter than the God damned signatures, that we keep seeing over and over and over. It is very, very, very tiresome.
 
Been a while since my last visit. Very glad to find a mobile version has been implemented. Looks very nice on the Blackberry browser. Thank you.

Suggestions:

1. Quoted text way too dark to read. Pls make the text white with darker shade background different from thread body.

2. A link to go up step by step to parent forum would be nice. Now, we have to go to main forum index from sub child forum.

Hey Jason,

just wanted to remind you about the full screen possibility of youtube embeds. It's still not working.

Another thing is the picture/attachment upload function. The windows are very light grey with white fonts and cant be discerned at all.

One more finding. When you click the thread title it takes you to the last post. Not sure if this is desirable, especially since page index is available along side topic list. Would have preferred the click to take to the first post in the mobile version.

website after updataion works well but looks oldish and has no similar features of reduser.net, but it has before. any way it has more than before. good .
 
Hey guys, the 'contact us' link throws a mass of parsing errors. I'm not just idly clicking links, I was trying to use it *lol*.
 
I've got to say, I really dislike VB4 but the guys on here have skinned it very well to the point that I'm actually quite liking it :)
 
Hey guys. Regarding the mobile site, sometimes I click on the "pc mode" button because the mobile site lacks some of the features found on the pc version.

My question is, how do you go back to the mobile version of the site? Every time I open my browser on my phone it gives me the pc version.

1. Anger management?

2. I'm against shortening the number of characters allowed. I'm just pimpin' for Barry and DJ in mine, but the number of character needed to display the graphics, as well as hyperlink them to a URL, require more characters than the signatures already allow. I had to "TinyURL" all of them to shoehorn them into my signature so they'd work.

Let me look into this for you and see if I can get an answer.
In the meantime I would think that if you cleared the cache on your phone it would load up the mobile version again...
I realize that isn't a permanent solution - just throwing it out there.
 
yeah, that i was able to do, just seemed like a bit of a hassle because then everything else get's reset as well.

thanks for looking into it luis! A quick button would be very cool to have!

plus one.

I use an iPad and click on the PC version, but I do not always get the content, or links. Many times I have posted about missing content that others could see, even asked for links that may have been apparent to everyone else.
