DVXuser Forum, battery never came!

Hey guys,
Im new the forum, and ordered a dvxuser forum battery for one of my two cams. two weeks later, after paying with paypal, i have yet to see anything in the mail, or even receieve a confirmation email etc.

I have emailed battery@dvxuser.com twice now with no response?

Anyone else ordered and had this problem, I needed this battery JULY 4TH!!

It took about 3 weeks to get mine. Jarred is pretty busy so cut him some slack.

It will come....Jarred is a busy man doing all of us a favor by selling these batteries to us at cost....I wouln't be surprised to say he has already shipped...

LOL check out the flashy banners on the TOP and BOTTOM of the page that say $45 3500mah Li-ion....and click it for ordering details...MIND YOU THIS DOES TAKE SOME TIME FOR JARRED. HE IS A VERY BUSY WORKING MAN DOING ALL OF US A FAVOR. This means it could be over a month before you actually have the battery in your hands. However, it usually only takes about 3 weeks...

Yeah.. my wife is doing them now and those stupid delays are no longer. Charles, your battery was send last week, and your Xpresspost tracking number is 23 168 486 725, you can track it at xpresspost.com

Thanks for help, I saw the giant banners but just ignored them, probably a conditioned reaction from too many years of internet surffing and pop ads. I will definitly be placing an order for a couple a batteries real soon. As for Jarred, I didn't know this forum had a sole creator, I just stumbled upon it when I was looking for good DVX forums about a month, but since then it has become a great asset to me and my pursuit of quality film making, thanks to all...and Jarred if you read this, it probably doesn't mean much from a newbie (to your forum), but you rock - thanks again.

Just received my order for 2 batts. Took about a week, maybe a few days longer. Well worth it!

You have to remember that Jarred gets the batteries from I think China so you just might have to wait till the next shipment of batteries to him then he'll have to package them up again to send to you. I ordered 2 batteries from him and I got them within a 2 week window I believe. I was one of the ones that had to wait for the next shipment....maybe your one of those people now.

Yeah, I ordered/paid for 2 about 3-4 days ago and no e-mail/no tracking #, heck, no thank you. I posted in the forums about this and the thread was deleted. It's looking more and more like I got taken.

If it takes several weeks to ship, they should state that somewhere on the site so people arn't relying on it.

It's a wonderful service for a wonderful price, but if there's no communication then that all get's washed down the drain.

I'm not being mean, i'm just saying how frustrating this process is.

Any help/info would be greatly appricated.

yeah the timing issue is a problem, but like everyone say's for the price you'll have to wait. It say's on the site if you want rush deliver to contact him for arrangment's. I ordered 2 when I bought my gear and started wondering after I had all my equipment and was needing them for a shoot, I e-mailed jarred and he replied like 20 minutes later, saying he was trying to get me the next generation of batteries that were coming in, i couldn't wait though so he sent them out and I recieved them 3 day's later. they work great. Thanks Jarred

It' s no scam, it's for real, I have directed about 20 of my customers to the DVXuser batteries as the best deal out there, and I have never had a complaint. Per mAH, they are like 30 cents on the dollar against any battery out there, and the same quality. GO JARRED! ;D
