The new version battery is expanding at the top and bottom. has been for some time now. What could this mean?

hello, two and half weeks ago i ordered two dvxuser batteries. i know the ship time is stated as 2 - 7 days, and i know me living in toronto could mean longer shipping time, but i am curious if there is an email address where i can send an inquiry about my purchase, just to make sure it is all on track?

does anyone, or a mod, know of the email address i would be looking for?

thanks so much. i am very eager and excited to receive and use them.
 
I also just ordered a battery. I am not worried about the shipment time, I am just now curious and eager to play with a five hour battery! Thanks!

Yes, this is happening with my 5600 battery too. It hasn't seemed to hamper any of it's functionality though. Simply cosmetic? I must admit that I've used the DVXUser 5600 over my other batteries, in the past year, cause its so darn stylish.

Just received my battery in the mail, I'm gonna have to wait a week to use it, as it is a Christmas present, but I'm excited.

I've only had my stock battery for the last several months as one of my older 4 hour batteries crapped out on me.

It will be nice to have more than an hour of recording time again!
 
I ordered a battery back in October this year (2007) and am still waiting to hear when it will arrive ,. HANGING OUT FOR IT. I ordered the DVX Book and received it a week later so I'm wondering how to ring through to a human.. I've sent emails to zoomforce and Battery@dvx... and no reply.
 
My battery arrived today! Thanks so much for the swift service and the smile. I love the battery precautions "....or you will die." Great fun, thanks again. Megan
 
The battery was sent.
I emailed you, but emails bouncing back to me, I didn't know you did not get my email... Anyway, posting on here isn't the way to do it, I give refunds and free battery if there has been delays for any reason...

I need batteries urgently for a work assignment. Do you ship overnight on the day after christmas? I need it by the 27th dec. Just want to make sure before i place my order.

starting to swell

My 5600 is starting to swell out of its case. These only have a 6 month warranty? I'm afraid the thing is going to explode--what are my options??
