I still haven't heard from anyone. I went back to my PayPal receipt and found that I did enter a typo on my shipping address. Regardless I would really really appreciate some kind of response or help with tracking it down. Now I'm going to have to see about cancelling the order & getting refund and purchasing somewhere else... bummer.

EDIT: Deb got back to me; she was out of town. My order is shipping today.

Glad you got yours and it is working. After having my order in their hands for nearly two weeks they are just sending it now. This is logner than I wanyed to wait but will be glad to receive it when Ido. I will probably order 3 more of these batteries so I have enough power for the feaure I am shooting next summer.

My advice to independent filmmakers is that they order at least a month in advance or more (especially if from Canada) as sevice is very slow.

however, the shirt I got, worst silk screening ever. one wash and the design was gone...

I tried from a different computer, same result. Here's what I put in: Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Is Winston too small for the system to recognize or something?
