Art has nothing to do with this, and no way can you say that it's a matter of opinion whether that video contains pornography or sexually explicit material or not. It's just two people kissing, and unless Vimeo suddenly has started to follow the Hays code no way can they remove a video because "Vimeo does not allow pornography or sexually explicit material."

It's a ridiculous situation.

Besides, neither of our opinions as to what it is matters. It's Vimeo's call as to what lives up to their standards, and no one else's. They don't have to ask anyone's permission to police their own content.
