DVX200 HD SDI out to a monitor

Anyone try using SDI out to a monitor to view an HD image. HDMI out looks great going to a monitor, but when I change it to SDI the image looks like standard def. I think all my output settings are correct but maybe I'm missing something.

Problem solved, tried a different monitor this evening and all was good

Got it to work with the original Marshal monitor today. Found out that particular monitor only displayed 720p or 1080i, 1080p would not work. At least I figured it out.

Do you know if there's a way to output SDI and HDMI at the same time?

To my knowledge, you cannot, its one or the other. Maybe they can change that in a future firmware update. Then again it might require too much processing for the camera to handle that.
