DVX200 and PIX-E5

I have my DVX200 set to record dual codec. I wanted to find a 1080i setting in the DVX to do this but couldn't so I settled for a 1080p setting.

I am outputting via SDI from the DVX200 to my PIX-E5 which is set to record ProResLT. However the ProRes that I get is 1080i.

Ideally, I want to have both the DVX200 and the PIX-E5 record 1080i.

Any thoughts?
 
Just for clarification - if you're recording dual codec, that means you're actually getting three simultaneous recordings, right? One on the main card, one on the second card, and a third on the PIX-E5...

1080i is not an option for Dual Codec recording. You must use 1080p. You can configure the SDI or HDMI port to output 1080i to the PIX, but the internal recordings will always be 1080p.
