DVX102 vsDVX100

I want to buy a DVX and noticed that a site in Spain there is a DVX102 and cheaper to achieve.

they told me that the 102 is for the Asian market, because the load ac/dc is different.

I'm pretty sure the 102 is the PAL version of the dvx.
