dvx100p vs dvx100a?

What are the main differences between the DVX100P and DVX100a? im looking into buying one. My main concern is if theres any quality changes? changes in image colour? major differences in sound? and what are some of the newer features on the on A that they dont have on the P model?

The main difference is that the original dvx doesn't do 16.9 (none of them do technically), it just crops your footage with black bars and outputs at 4.3, whereas the A and B have squeeze mode, which creates a 16.9 image with the proper pixel aspect and can be edited in a 16.9 timeline. If you can , get the dvxB, it's the best of the bunch and apparentley produce's cleaner, less noisy footage.
