hello im new to the filming world and i would like to get my own camcorder to start on mini projects as a hobby
ive been thinking of getting the dvx100b for my first camcorder but its expensive
so i decided to buy a used one
im 15 years old and have to raise money to get it and only get get a job once summer hits
anyone know someone who is willing to sell their dvx100b and wait till around early august when i will have some money to buy it
i know i sound desperate and stuff but after reading everything about this camera im in love
would be helpful if you can give me tips on how to make money and stuff lol

When I was fifteen, I wanted to buy a car. I bought a serviceable, used lawnmower and canvassed the neighborhood for lawn work. I saved most of what I earned toward the purchase of my first car. I spent a little on my 16mm film hobby, but most went into my savings. By the time I turned 16, I had enough to buy a good car.

Mowing lawns requires little investment capital and the pay, these days, is pretty good for the time invested.
 
I just bought a used DVX100b recently. This camera is amazing! I am also new to film making. Everything I shoot with it look amazing so far. I still have a lot to learn but I am glad that I have the perfect camera to learn on.

I say get one and enjoy it!

thats what everyones telling me
the problem is the money
i think im just gonna work as a lifegaurd part time over the summer and see if i have enough cash by the end of the break
i heard lifegaurds get paid better than minimum wage lol
