What software uses the term "separate fields"? What would the equivalent term be in FCP?

Pretty sure that is what After Effects says, but I do it by muscle memory now and don't look at the tabs too much so I could be wrong.

I think to do something similar in FCP, you would use cinema tools, but I have never used it so I can't help too much, sorry.
