DVX100b Settings for a Wedding...

Would some one like to share there settings in regards to shooting a wedding with the DVX100? I would like to know what shutter speeds people recommend. I would like to shoot this in 24P and use in on a 29.97 timeline. The bride would like it to look documentary style. Has anyone here shot a wedding at 24P or is 30P the norm?

Shoot in 30p for the doc. look. Weddings tend to have alot of very bright white, so make sure you bring in the highlights as much as you can to try and keep it from blowing out.

I did my first wedding and used 24PA for ceremony, 30p for everything else. Looks good, still cutting. I'm not using slow motions so far, but wish I had twixtor for that. I'm trying to stay away from slowmod. not done cuting so can't tell how I feel exactly. I guess it depends most on how much you need the frames for slowmod or not. again i heard twixtor helps o that.

just got to be steady with 24P or PA.
