I am selling my docu filmmaking kit and all the bells and whistles that have served me well. Hoping to get around the 3K mark or more as it all cost me 9K not that long ago, but I do realise that better equipment now exists and these are second hand items.

Anyway the details:

DVX 100B camera

Anamorphic adapter lens (this cost me a packet, I think close to $800)

Feel free to ask any questions. The main thing about this is that I cannot ship to buyers. You have to pickup from Hoboken, NJ. There are just too many items, too fragile and I am too busy to deal with the hassle of packing them all safely and getting them to anyone. Either way I would like to sell this stuff this coming week before I travel for my next job.

I would take $3000 for the lot which is less than individual groups of items, but I will take offers (though I believe all this is worth a lot more than my starting price).

Can someone help me out here with this buy it now issue? I don't need to have the Ebay link up on this site and will be happy to just post the pics if it infringes on the rules here. I only posted the link so that folks can see images. I tried to put up buy it now but it wouldn't let me and I don't want to pay another 12 dollars listing fee to end the auction and re do it. If a mod can let me know. Fact is that I will take the best offer by middle of next week regardless. I don't have the time to do a protracted auction and didn't want to have it that way on Ebay but they gave me no other alternative listing method.
 
Yeah I am trying to fix it. I mean should I just post the pictures I have somehow? That is the only reason I have set up the link here. I am willing to take cash face to face and hand over goods on pick up so Ebay link is not for selling purposes but just for the images.

A mod can let me know what to do. I can take down the link and just leave up the information. No problem. Again I am not trying to get folks here to bid on my Ebay auction.
 
not sure, I mean these things may make a big difference to someone who wants a full package and from looking around, this is a pretty great start up for anyone looking to get a SD package but not willing to pay the 8 - 9K it would cost to get all this stuff. If I sell separately, the package won't be as comprehensive. I am literally selling everything that made me entire features.
 
You think so? I am under serious time pressure. I have a gig in LA and I don't want to be carrying this stuff around with me all over the US. I need to sell everything this coming week and before friday, and that is why I am looking to offload it in one big lump or at least in groups. I think my price is very good for the quality of materials on offer.
 
Well, you will get rid of it all at 1 time, but you could wait a while till someone needs all this... I would split - audio - camera - laptop... and then have a price for all

I could help you lug around less :P
 
Hmmm well I think what is best is that I open this completely to offers. People can bid on what group of stuff they want and then on Weds I will take the best offers I have and go with it for a pick up. So if you have a bid on items you want, just let me know.
 
Okay, I have now had offers on all the items. Just so any interested buyers are aware, I will take note of all offers and on weds, I will sign off with the highest bidders and let them know. Any interested buyers, PM me with your offers. Realistically, try to offer within a realistic ballpark of the listed start prices for either all the items or the groups. I am also going to try and answer all the questions from folks who have made offers asap.
 
In answer to question I have gotten a lot. Pickup is preferred and prioritised on all offers for the full package of items.
 
I have sold everything except the ana adapter (which looks like it is going to be sold soon), the ipod touch and the powerbook which I want to hang on to for a little while longer. Will let you know when that is available for sale.
