DVX100B outdoor footage

Hi All,
I recently shot some footage outdoors with my DXV100B, 24P rate, imported and cut with Vegas Pro 8, I used a vegas plug in on my timeline and got this look,
it looks good to me but, would anyone mind, if it's not too much trouble to make some comments?
