DVX100B.. good deal?

I found this ad on Ebay the other day.. and I'm considering buying it.

Now, I know what you're thinking.. "It's Ebay! Don't mess with it!" and I'm kinda a little iffy as well. But this isn't like one of those scam sites that send the camera to you missing lenses and LCD's and assorted parts which SHOULD be included with the camera. They have the box "Factory Sealed" from Panasonic, apparently, and it comes with a few extra's which is a bonus. It's a good price, it would land me at just about $2250, including shipping/insurance. They have a 1 year "store" warranty, which isn't the Panasonic warranty (so yes, they are grey market), which covers 90 days labor, 1 year parts..

This deal is appealing.. but I'm scared at the same time to make a purchase this big without the proper Panasonic Warranty. I read their reviews.. and even though they aren't perfect on feedback.. I've found a couple people who bought this same item from them who left positive feedback (didn't see anything negative about these camera's from them).

I'm not sure what to do. I can't quite afford an "authorized" DVX100B for $2500.. and I'm on a bit of a time contstraint (I need the camera by Friday, August 1st ideally), and all the authorized dealers that I've checked out have a 2 week wait on the camera. Has anyone bought their DVX from an Ebay store before?

I've thought about going used.. but I haven't found any great deals recently and I'm in a bit of a hurry.

Any quick help would be much appreciated.

Yes, buy a used one and save yourself the hassle. All the "extras" that they include are junk that you never want to allow near your camera. There are plenty of other reasons why you should either buy used or at an authorized dealer, and you can read them for yourselves when you do a search for "gray market camera."
