dvx100b - ebay units?

I realize the dvx100b's on ebay are grey market cameras, and not from authorized dealers, but the idea of a dvx with a case , couple of lenses, filter pack, etc for less than $3000. is intriguing.
anyone have success / horror stories about the ebay dealers ?

if i had it to do over i wouldn't....just not worthe the hassle and the headache...all the accessories they include are garbage except for the battery and sortof the light...go to evs, or if you're on the eastcoast perhaps b&h (but they kinda suck too)

I thought about going the EBAY route a couple years ago myself but after researching decided that it was better to pay a couple extra $ than loose out on a bunch of crappy extra's

I deal with BH all the time and have never bought from a better company that not only has amazing stock, but fast service.

I also buy from EVS and there great aswell.

I know a guy on Ebay that is an authorized dealer, its not much cheaper than EVS, but you save a hundred or two, same deal.

I think hes still there, he was before, but under his auction it reads "+400 Rebate, Authorized Dealer"
