How does one convert 24p footage taken by the DVX100B to PAL footage?

The camera can only shoot in NTSC coorect?

ummm up rezz it a bit then crop the sides? maybe you can do that in the instanthd program like people do in converting footage to 16:9, its worth a shot if you have it.
