I'm shooting a project in 24p advanced, and want to make backup tapes of the footage by going dv-out from the DVX100 to my DSR-11 deck, ideally with slave timecode from the source.
Right now I can't even get a signal coming through to the deck. I've checked connections, I think I have all the menus right. Am I missing something simple, or is there a larger issue about 24p and dv in with the dsr-11? I'm also wondering if the DSR-11 requires Lanc control.
Any thoughts and advice are appreciated.
