DVX100A to match HVX200 ??

After shooting most of the way through a couple docs on my DVX100A (PAL) it was lost in an camera accident. ( Dont ask!)

My dilemma is this. I'd like to buy the new HVX200. I am wondering, though how the footage will match up with the stuff I shot earlier. Am I able to shoot normal on tape in a way that will match the stuff I shot earlier in LOOK? It was all shot on PAL, Cine, 25P, one project at 4:3 and one project at "Squeeze"...or will I need to Rent another dvx100A to complete these projects.

Any thoughts??

Thanks

i also wonder the same thing...like if i had an hvx and needed it to match a dvx for the same shoot, will it be perfect if running right to the tape...

My brief experience the other day using preset @ 3200 was that identical menu set-ups (using SD Norm gamma) looked virtually identical from HVX to DVX100A.
Only difference - I had to raise color sat +1 on the HVX and the HVX was much cleaner noise-wise.
