Dvx100a having issues need help asap

Ok so I have a dvx100a in my possession that will turn on fine but 2minutes later all the buttons lock and a blue screen pops up and red letters pop up with auto off loafing lock then it would do one more cycle of the same thing then it would completly shut off. Does anyone know what this is?
 
oh damn, that sucks dude. Its like the blue screen of death for the DVX, lol. Did you try hitting the reset button, the one inside the LCD screen? Hope it works out for you.
 
One more thought; recharge the internal battery. Yes the DVX has two batteries. This is done when you power the DVX from the charger with the aux cable. This will also allow you to know if the main battery you are using is toast.
